Vizzy partners with JABARI and Stormzy’s #MerkyFC

When Stormzy heard that only 6.7% of leadership positions in football were held by those with Black heritage, he launched the #MerkyFC Football Careers Programme in partnership with adidas.

This programme opens the door to paid 12-month roles with some of the biggest names in the game to help young people of Black heritage build careers in football off the pitch.

Now in its forth season, #MerkyFC has evolved from an annual application opportunity into a year-round platform, providing ongoing job roles, career advice, and networking opportunities that have supported hundreds of people kickstart their career with the likes of talkSPORT, Hawk-Eye Innovations Ltd, Eleven Sports Media and Arsenal FC and more.

We’re thrilled to work with JABARI to underpin the application process of this incredible initiative. Helping candidates bring to life their passions, inspirations, and skills to show who they are and what they can do.

Candidates don’t need prior experience, qualifications, or even a CV.

Instead, they get a chance to shine using Vizzy.
