At Vizzy, we exist to break down barriers to employability and opportunity. We believe that where you start in life should not determine where you end up and we build everything we do around that belief. That includes how we treat our team, how we work with our partners, and how we choose our suppliers.
This page sets out our public commitments across seven core areas: fair pay, equal rights, modern slavery, sustainability, and supplier standards. These are not aspirations, they are the standards we hold ourselves to today.
Vizzy is a certified Real Living Wage employer. Every member of our team is paid at least the Real Living Wage as set by the Living Wage Foundation. We believe fair pay is not a benefit; it is a baseline.
We review our pay annually, maintain this accreditation, and encourage our supply chain to adopt the Living Wage wherever possible.
We are committed to being a genuinely equal and inclusive employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation.
Our commitment to equality goes beyond compliance. We actively work to:
Our employability platform is designed in collaboration with the communities it serves. When our EDI partners tell us something needs to change, we change it.
Vizzy is committed to respecting human rights across our business and supply chain. We align our practices with internationally recognised human rights frameworks, including:
The UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs), which set out the responsibility of businesses to respect human rights and provide remedy where they are breached
We expect all team members, partners, and suppliers to uphold these principles. Our commitments to equal rights, modern slavery prevention, and fair pay (set out in sections 1, 2 and 4 of this document) are all grounded in these frameworks.
Vizzy has zero tolerance for modern slavery, forced labour, human trafficking, or any form of exploitation in our own operations or our supply chain.
We take the following steps to guard against modern slavery:
This statement is made in accordance with Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and is reviewed annually by our leadership team.
We are proud to be a Certified B Corporation. B Corp certification means we meet the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability. We are part of a global movement of businesses that believe the purpose of a company is to benefit people and planet, not just profit.
Sustainability is embedded in how we operate:
We believe business can be a force for good and that extends to who we choose to work with. We hold our suppliers to the same standards we hold ourselves.
Where possible, we prioritise suppliers who are:
We ask all new suppliers to complete our Supplier Values Checklist before we work together. This is not about box-ticking it is about building a supply chain we are proud of.
As part of our BCorp certification under B Lab Standards v2.1, Vizzy has a formal Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (JEDI) Action Plan. This sets out the specific actions we have committed to, how we chose them, and how we will measure and report progress.
For our first certification year, we have implemented two JEDI actions:
We will publish a progress update no later than June 2027 and review our actions at each BCorp assessment cycle.
