1. Public Declaration of Non-Engagement in Lobbying

Thinking Sky Blue Limited (trading as Vizzy) does not currently engage in lobbying of any kind including direct lobbying of government ministers, MPs, regulators, or public bodies, and indirect lobbying through trade associations or third-party intermediaries.

This policy is published publicly to declare that position and to set out the commitments Vizzy would uphold if it were ever to engage in lobbying in the future.

2. Our Approach to Responsible Lobbying

Should Vizzy ever choose to engage in lobbying or public policy advocacy, we commit to the following principles:

• We will only lobby in support of outcomes that contribute to a positive impact on society or the environment — including fair employment practices, social mobility, digital inclusion, and climate action
• Any position we advocate for will be grounded in reliable evidence, credible research, or scientific data
• We will not make financial or in-kind contributions to political parties, election campaigns, or individual politicians
• We have zero tolerance for corruption, bribery, or any attempt to improperly influence decision-makers. This applies to all team members, advisors, and any intermediary acting on our behalf
• If we engage any intermediary organisation (such as a trade association or lobbying firm) to represent our interests, we will ensure their approach is consistent with this policy and review their activities accordingly

These commitments apply to all team members and any third party acting on Vizzy’s behalf.

3. Governance, Controls & Risk Management

Accountability for this policy sits with the CEO, Chris Woodward-Jones, as the highest governing body of Thinking Sky Blue Limited. Day-to-day responsibility for monitoring compliance rests with the Operations Manager, Alana Buchanan.

This policy is embedded in Vizzy’s operations as follows:

• All team members are made aware of this policy as part of onboarding and through the Employee Handbook
• Any proposed engagement in lobbying or political advocacy must be approved by the CEO before proceeding
• The policy is reviewed annually alongside Vizzy’s BCorp assessment cycle
• Risks of non-compliance are managed through the same governance framework as Vizzy’s other compliance obligations, including anti-bribery and anti-corruption controls set out in our supplier and employee standards

Any team member or stakeholder who has a concern about Vizzy’s conduct in relation to lobbying, political contributions, or anti-corruption can raise it via our grievance procedure. Concerns can be raised directly with the Operations Manager or, if relating to senior leadership, directly to the Board.

4. Approval & Publication

This policy has been approved by Chris Woodward-Jones, CEO of Thinking Sky Blue Limited, as the company’s highest governing body.

It is published on Vizzy’s public-facing website as part of our Values & Commitments page, accessible to all stakeholders. It is reviewed annually and updated as required.
