Thinking Sky Blue Limited (trading as Vizzy) does not currently engage in lobbying of any kind including direct lobbying of government ministers, MPs, regulators, or public bodies, and indirect lobbying through trade associations or third-party intermediaries.
This policy is published publicly to declare that position and to set out the commitments Vizzy would uphold if it were ever to engage in lobbying in the future.
Should Vizzy ever choose to engage in lobbying or public policy advocacy, we commit to the following principles:
These commitments apply to all team members and any third party acting on Vizzy’s behalf.
Accountability for this policy sits with the CEO, Chris Woodward-Jones, as the highest governing body of Thinking Sky Blue Limited. Day-to-day responsibility for monitoring compliance rests with the Operations Manager, Alana Buchanan.
This policy is embedded in Vizzy’s operations as follows:
Any team member or stakeholder who has a concern about Vizzy’s conduct in relation to lobbying, political contributions, or anti-corruption can raise it via our grievance procedure. Concerns can be raised directly with the Operations Manager or, if relating to senior leadership, directly to the Board.
This policy has been approved by Chris Woodward-Jones, CEO of Thinking Sky Blue Limited, as the company’s highest governing body.
It is published on Vizzy’s public-facing website as part of our Values & Commitments page, accessible to all stakeholders. It is reviewed annually and updated as required.
